Do you listen to workers during their shift?
The system only listens when a worker explicitly activates it (push-to-talk or wake word via the earpiece). It is designed for hands-free guidance, not continuous monitoring. Workers control when they speak to Workflow AI.
Are conversations recorded or stored?
Only the resulting procedures and knowledge snippets that are explicitly saved by the AI or the worker are stored. Raw audio conversations are processed in real time and are not retained unless a procedure is captured and approved.
Where is our company data stored?
Data is stored in the EU with enterprise-grade security and encryption. We can discuss specific data residency options (e.g. private cloud or on-prem components) during the demo and implementation planning.
Who can access worker conversations and procedures?
Only authorized people in your organization (typically supervisors and admins you designate). Workers see only the guidance relevant to their tasks. We never use your operational data to train public models.
Can our team manage procedures ourselves?
Yes. Your team can create, edit, review, and publish procedures through the admin interface. The AI also suggests new procedures automatically from real work, which you then approve.
